Spent xmas at this hotel and it was a decent experience overall. The rooms were spacious with free wifi, and the staff was accommodating and friendly. The hotel location was a plus as it was right in the heart of the city. Shops and eateries were just a stone's throw away from the hotel making it convenient for us who wanted to explore the place. The buffet breakfast offered a variety of choices that filled us up for our day's activities.
The AC in the room was not working properly, and it became stuffy in the middle of the night. Even after mentioning it to the staff, nothing was done to fix it, and we had to make do with opening the window to let in fresh air.

This hotel is conveniently located near the city center, making it easy to access amenities and attractions. It is situated in the middle of two malls, offering plenty of shopping and dining options. there is a nearby bank for any financial needs. the rooms are clean and simple, providing a comfortable stay.
The staff had limited English-speaking abilities, which made communication difficult for non-Chinese speakers.

the rooms were clean and spacious, with great amenities like free internet and a comfortable bed. the location was perfect - right in the heart of the city, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. I particularly loved the convenience of having a grocery store in the basement. the staff were incredibly friendly, even if they did not speak English well. They were always willing to help in any way they could.
the breakfast was a bit basic, with limited choices.
